Joseph F. Trinity

Joseph Trinity’s primary area of concentration is civil litigation. He is a Certified Civil Trial attorney, a certification awarded by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to attorneys after rigorous testing and demonstration of experience in handling and trying complex cases, together with judicial and peer recommendations.  Only approximately one percent of New Jersey lawyers are Certified Civil Trial attorneys.

He has successfully tried dozens of cases throughout New Jersey, including negligence matters on behalf of insurance carriers arising from automobile and truck accidents, construction site accidents, construction defect cases, and premises liability actions.  He has also successfully tried complex personal injury cases.

Mr. Trinity also represents clients in consumer fraud matters, real property disputes, disputes arising from contracts, and other commercial matters.

Mr. Trinity has also successfully litigated and tried numerous first-party insurance coverage actions on behalf of insurance carriers, including matters involving the interpretation of automobile policies and fraud issues.

Mr. Trinity also routinely handles both federal and state court appeals, including a matter argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court involving interpretation of the uninsured motorist clause present in New Jersey standard automobile insurance policies.

Before joining with Attorneys Steven Farsiou and Vanessa Kelly, Mr. Trinity was a partner with a mid-size full practice firm in Hunterdon County where he was frequently designated as “trial counsel” for litigated matters.
