I was fortunate to be paired up with Joe due to a friends reference, and I'm extremely glad I was. Having never been through an experience like I went through, I was a bit nervous. Joe was available every step of the way to answer questions, keep me updated, and give me advice. He was never pushy,... always understanding, and great at explaining why it was best to proceed a certain way when making suggestions or detailing how he was working behind the scenes. His knowledge and experience ultimately led to a positive outcome in relatively short order, and from very early on knowing he was on my side removed almost all of the stress from the situation. Honestly, can't recommend him highly enough based on my experience. If you find yourself in a situation where someone like Joe is needed, do yourself a favor: give him a call and just talk over your situation with him. I think if you do he'll be the last call you make, and you'll likely end up as pleased as I was with my results.
