How do I count the day when filling FM motion/cross motion/reply-base on the last court order or after I get the return day?

A Motion must be filed 24 days before the Motion date (on Fridays)...for example a must must be served and filed on the Tuesday for a motion date...

An Appeal must be filed within 45 days of having received the Order that you take issue with.

Yes. Any and all issues relevant to the captioned matter can be addressed in a cross-motion, whether raised in the initial motion or not.
