From the first phone conversation in setting up an appointment through all that I am going through, Mr. Sliwinski has been extremely receptive. He has explained what he felt I would be entitled to, how he felt the Judge would handle the case, and what I should expect for the outcome. To date he has... been correct with all of his guidance. Mr. Sliwinski believes that in the beginning you try and be as nice as possible with the other side, but when he sees that the other side was not wanting to act in the same manner, he has shown that he can play hard ball as well not to let them walk all over me.
