Theodore Sliwinski

Ted Sliwinski is a consummate professional. He has extensive knowledge in a number of areas and may be trusted to aggressively pursue the best possible result for his clients. As a local attorney myself, I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Sliwinski on multiple occasions and often refer clien...ts to him in areas of law in which I do not practice.

I have utilized Mr. Sliwinski on many occasions and in different situations. Each time he has gone above and beyond. One particular case involved a family member who was involved in a potential criminal situation. The case was resolved with no penalty and even the judge commented to the defendant... that he should feel fortunate to have had a lawyer with Mr. Sliwinski's capability on his side.

Ted explained to me that an easier and less expensive way of retiring my children from receiving child support payments was to craft an Emancipation Event form which is given directly to the Judge. As each of my children achieved their emancipation status, based on the rules set forth in my divorce ...decree, Ted filed these Emancipation Events with the courts saving me; 1) from showing up in court and 2) thousands of dollars of needless expense. Ted is a great guy to asks question of and use as a sounding board and I recommend him highly.

Like Ted said, there's nothing simple about simple assault. The prosecutor in charge of my case was difficult to negotiate with and did not want to agree to our plea which was dismissing the charge altogether. Ted is extremely knowledgeable and in the end he negotiated a 1 year administrative proba...tion whereby my record will remain clean as long as I don't have any new charges within 1 year. I wouldn't have been able to work out this type of deal on my own. Ted has more than reasonable rates and I'm extremely happy and grateful for the outcome.
