I would start by saying I would recommend Mr. Sliwinski in a heartbeat! I first met Mr. Sliwinski through a recommendation for him to handle my bankruptcy. When he found out I had just finished mediation for my divorce, he asked if he could review the draft of my settlement agreement. I said of cour...se and let me tell you, it was the best thing I ever did. Mr. Sliwinski is now handling both of my cases. After seeing the draft of my settlement, he said there is no way ANY attorney should allow me to settle for what I was planning to (no alimony, for one thing). He went on to explain to me exactly what I was entitled to. I was shocked. He also explained to me that he had met too many women who just wanted out of their marriage and settled for next to nothing. Within six months to a year, they wind up broke and living off the government. From that moment on, I knew I had found a great attorney.
