Theodore Sliwinski

Mr. Sliwinski has been our family lawyer for sometime now. He has helped me in many instances throughout that time. I was listed as a co-signer to a student loan and the government was taking me to court to collect on the debt. Mr. Sliwinski represented me at the hearing. Like Ted said, there's nothing simple about simple assault. The prosecutor in charge of my case was difficult to negotiate with and did not want to agree to our plea which was dismissing the charge altogether. Ted is extremely knowledgeable and in the end he negotiated a 1 year administrative proba...tion whereby my record will remain clean as long as I don't have any new charges within 1 year. I wouldn't have been able to work out this type of deal on my own. Ted has more than reasonable rates and I'm extremely happy and grateful for the outcome.
