Marco was a spectacular real estate attorney. Upon first meeting Marco, it’s obvious that he is not only passionate about covering the usual bases, but also about protecting his clients. Marco’s advice throughout our buying venture was indispensable. He was highly organized and helped keep us on trac...k throughout the entire buying process. He always made sure we knew what papers to start getting ready for the next step and answered all of our questions. Marco is fair and calm with both his clients and the other seller / buyers involved. During our negotiations he was fantastic when breaking down every aspect of the contract. Marco made sure to help us figure out what were fair asks for us as buyers and also examined any requests made of us. Even if things get bumpy, Marco is steadfast. We almost had some trouble with the sellers for our new home, but with Marco’s experience and matter of fact approach, there was no question he had us covered.
