I am certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a certified criminal trial attorney serving Somerset, Morris, Middlesex, Union, Essex, Sussex, Warren, Hunterdon, Passiac, Bergen, and North Central New Jersey clients. As a former Morris County Assistant Prosecutor I was assigned to the major crimes unit.  I handled the investigations and prosecutions of those charged with homicides, attempted homicides, aggravated manslaughter, armed robberies, and other significant, high profile crimes.  I also ran the vehicular homicide, arson and environmental crimes unit.  I oversaw the investigations and handled the prosecutions of those charged with assault by autos, vehicular homicide and aggravated manslaughter.  I have extensive experience dealing with DWI/DUI charges in the context of assault by auto, vehicular homicide and aggravated manslaughter charges. Additionally, I have prosecuted first-degree narcotics, professional misconduct, fraud, burglary, theft, endangering the welfare of a child, sexual assault, sexual contact, witness tampering, weapons possession and various other criminal cases.  I have worked with various state and federal law enforcement agencies and forensic disciplines in the investigation and successful prosecution of these matters.
