Francesca P Buarne

Francesca P. Buarne is Counsel at Rozin | Golinder Law. She focuses her practice exclusively on matrimonial and family law throughout New Jersey, handling divorce, alimony, equitable distribution, custody and parenting time, child support, and related matters.

Francesca is known for her professionalism, strong advocacy, and compassionate, personalized approach. She actively listens to her clients, educates them about their rights and options, and keeps their goals at the center of every strategy as she works toward positive and efficient resolutions.

She graduated cum laude from The College of New Jersey with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Women and Gender Studies, then earned her J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law. In law school she served as Managing Articles Editor of the CUNY Law Review and Co-President of the Coalition Against Intimate Partner Violence. Her experience includes internships with the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender (Office of Law Guardian), Partners for Women and Justice, and judicial internships with the Hon. Bruce J. Kaplan, J.S.C. (Middlesex County Family Part) and the Hon. Margaret Parisi-McGowan (Queens County Matrimonial Part). She later served as Judicial Law Clerk to Judge Kaplan.

Before joining the firm, Francesca practiced family law and other areas as an associate at Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq. Her broader legal background helps her address the many issues that often intersect with family law cases. She has been selected to New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2025 and 2026.

Francesca is licensed in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Bankruptcy Court. She is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association, New Jersey Women Lawyers Association, Appleton Family Inn of Court, and serves as Young Lawyer Co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee.
