I met Mark years ago, and was favorably impressed, but I never had an opportunity to work with him until recently, when he helped us set up a family LLC. The process was complicated because it involved a parent's estate plan, trusts, and family property. And was fraught with the usual sibling con...cerns about fairness vs. equality. As permanent residents of the US, but not citizens, my wife and myself needed to have an estate plan to accommodate the tax and inheritance obligations of both New Jersey and the US. After each of us had completed and submitted a detailed questionnaire to Mark, we met with him at which time he caref...ully explained in a thorough and clear manner exactly what our options were and his recommendations/advice as to how to proceed. Less than a week after our meeting we each received via mail, a draft Will, which is the key part of any estate plan, for us to review. Both Mark and his assistant then separately and independently telephoned to ask if we needed an explanation or clarification of any part of its content. We subsequently returned to Mark's office approximately 1 week later, where again he went over each item carefully to ensure our complete understanding of the comprehensive Estate Plan they had prepared for us. My wife and myself left his office with the original and two copies of our Estate Plan with specific instructions as to what to do with each.
