The best lawyer I have ever had

Howard Apgar is a a brilliant lawyer. However, that is not why I am writing this review. Not only does he know his craft and is the best lawyer I have had the pleasure of knowing, but he is a kind man who truly cares about his clients. He is a nice man who is extremely compassionate and cares about e...veryone. I have seen him with his kids and he is a great father who cares about everyone like they are family. I would recommend him to anyone.

The best experience I have had with a lawyer

Howard is a kind, compassionate man. Not only that, but a great lawyer. Howard has been my lawyer for a long time and every time I am impressed by his knowledge and ability. Above all his legal ability is a great man who truly wants to help. I would recommend him to anyone. He truly is a great lawyer... and often times being a good lawyer and a good person is often mutually exclusive, but with Howard he has it all.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
