Ralph F. Fedele

With a legal career that began in 1996, Ralph F. Fedele is admitted to practice in the New Jersey State Courts and the federal district court. His academic path started at Rutgers College in New Brunswick, where he earned a B.A. in 1993, followed by a J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Newark in 1996. While completing law school, he assisted Professor Albert Cohn as a teaching assistant in Appellate Practice. Ralph then gained valuable courtroom perspective as a law clerk to the Honorable Francis Piscal in the Ocean County Superior Court, where he also completed mediation and conciliation training through the New Jersey court system. Today, Ralph serves as a partner and head of the litigation department, concentrating on Workers’ Compensation matters and advocating for injured workers throughout New Jersey. He is affiliated with the Ocean County Bar Association and NJCOSH. Outside of work, Ralph is a devoted husband and father of three who has coached youth baseball, basketball, and football for nearly a decade and enjoys the outdoors with his family.
