A few years ago, a family member was purchasing a house with a friend. Their real-estate agent used Deb Himber to carry out the closing. Through the process Deb noticed things were not going in a good direction for the joint transaction and called an in-person meeting with all parties involved. I... was present at the meeting and with Deb's unbiased approach she was able to show us how my family member was being taken advantage of in this transaction. The home was purchased by my family member's friend but we were no longer involved. I cannot thank Deb enough for shedding light on this situation for my family. We would have had years of grief stuck had we moved forward. Deb was extremely factual, compassionate and went above what was needed to carry out a real-estate closing. You can tell she has a passion for helping people with the time she spends answering questions and the long hours she puts into a work day. I believe you would be hard pressed to find another attorney that comes close to the worth ethic Deb possesses.

Debra was one of the WORST LAWYERS I have ever used in my life....She was very unprofessional and rude!! She would take days to return an email. She was never available when trying to call and speak with her on the phone!!! She definitely did not have HER clients best interest at hand. She favored t...he buyers decisions and never listened to what her client wanted. She tried to push the buyers decisons onto us which made us VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I would NEVER recommend having her be your lawyer for a house closing if you want it to go smooth and quickly.
