The most unfortunate situation of being targeted by the DOJ leaves one devastated and helpless at so many levels. To find competent legal defense counsel is a challenge and difficult given the pending devastation to oneself and those in ones life. I engaged Dan, who when given a short window regardin...g a time sensitive response to an appeal out of state, and which had been initially undertaken by me as a non-lawyer, was a welcomed comfort. He responded to my needs quickly, embraced my dilemma and fully understood my relatively complicated case.
