Samira Tehranchi-Nichols

Samira Nichols is extremely unprofessional with her clients. She will be very prompt in her first consultation and till she makes you sign the contract. Once you sign it, you will not hear anything from her. She will come up with creative excuses to dodge meetings (emergency dentist appointment, sick... mother, car accident). I hired Samira but she never completed my case nor had any concern about me in this especially turbulent times for immigration. Extremely unprofessional and callous attitude towards clients. The only reason I hired her was due to good recommendations in Linkedin but if you see carefully these are from several years past. Now Samira is not the same. She only wants your money. Stay away from this attorney! She should be debarred from practicing.

I read many reviews about Samirah after I hired her, frankly the negative reviews terrified me. Here is my opinion Pros: she Know her stuff quite well, she also understands a lot about scientific research, the letters she drafted for my case were very professional, she drafts them herself. Cons...: you need to be on top of her all the time, sometimes I would be annoying to get my stuff done. Many times she would give me a time to send stuff but end up missing the deadline Best way to deal with her is being calm, always following up with her to get you drafts prepared, but at the end you will get very professional letters will fulfill your aims

My application was long due and she still did not send out my application. She will convince you that you can pay fees with USCIS and then take her sweet time to send out the application. Actually its been a month and she still hasn't done anything. She had numerous excuses. If you want to save money... and a lot of headache find another lawyer..NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!

She will stop responding to any email after you sign the contract. She only responded to me after 2 months and said that she did not even realized that I am sending her emails. She did not write or help with any recommendation letter. I do not know what she wrote in my petition letter. She never show...ed it to me. Why? Any reason. Only one that she did not do good job on it. I got RFE and then she stopped responding to me. My case was strong. 20 papers, 400 citations and Editor for many journals. Stay away from her. She should be banned as a lawyer.
