Patrick F. Carrigg, Esq., has been a partner with the Firm since September 2011. He concentrates his practice in education law, public entity defense, professional negligence, and employment law. Mr. Carrigg is the Board Attorney for the Hamilton Township Board of Education in Mercer County and Mt. Ephraim Board of Education in Camden County. He is the Labor and Employment Attorney for the Berkeley Township Board of Education in Ocean County. Mr. Carrigg is an experienced litigator in matters involving the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination and the Whistleblower Statute and is one of the few attorneys in New Jersey to have tried and obtained a verdict in a school bullying\harassment case before a jury in New Jersey Superiort Court. He has significant experience in defending public entities in matters involving the Tort Claims Act and has defended matters involving drowning, bus accidents, assaults, and other catastrophic injuires. He also provides large organizations with training on workplace discrimination and harassment.
