David Paul Silber

Mr. Silber went to the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he graduated in 2009.

Mr. Silber is licensed to practice in NY and NJ since 2010. In 2016, Mr. Silber became a partner in our law offices. His expansive practice areas include:

Mr. Silber's prior experience on the Insurance Defense side of litigated matters has given him a unique insight into the defense’s point of view in property damage and personal injury lawsuits. This knowledge and experience enables him to handle our Plaintiff matters in way so that the achieves the best possible result for our clients. This experience also allows Mr. Silber to represent Defendant’s in lawsuits who do not have or were denied insurance coverage from their insurance provider with successful outcomes. 

Mr. Silber’s experience in condominium/community association law is also significant and his relationships with the governing bodies and property management companies is unique among his peers. Mr. Silber has been successful in both the collection of association dues and with working with the governing bodies of these organizations in ensuring that they are being run appropriate as designated by their governing documents and the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Silber is known for his professionalism, ethical approach, understanding of the law and responsiveness to his clients.
