Victoriya Stolyar

Currently, as Of Counsel to the firm, I practice general litigation with a focus  on criminal defense matters including DUIs and DWIs, Municipal Court matters, civil litigation, civil rights, family law matters including divorces and adoptions, as well as Trusts and Estates.

In 2008, I graduated Rutgers the State University of New Jersey – Rutgers College with a B.S. in Political Science and Criminal Justice, with honors. In 2011, Igraduated from Rutgers School of Law – Camden. In December of 2011, I was admitted to the Bar in the State of New Jersey and in early 2012, she was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York.

Immediately after law school, I served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Barbara C. Stolte, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County where I handled post matrimonial motions. Additionally, she developed a keen understanding of the innerworkings of child abuse and neglect matters involved with the Division of Child Placement and Permanency (DCPP) under both Title 9 and Title 30. Prior to joining the firm, I also practiced civil litigation in the area of insurance defense as an Associate at Nicodemo & Connell, P.C. in Haddonfield, New Jersey. While employed at Nicodemo & Connell, P.C., I held client meetings, prepared Motions, appeared for Early Neutral Evaluations, argued Motions and Arbitrations, and has went to Trial on property damage subrogation matters.

I am able to represent clients in both New York and New Jersey and is easily accessible. Also, I am a trained court-appointed mediator and a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.
