He sues his own clients

Joe McCarthy represented me as the defendant in a law suit. I was being sued for $12,000. Mr. McCarthy assured me we had a good position and that after we win we can go after the plaintiff for our legal fees. Well not only did we lose the case but I had to pay the plaintiffs fees. The plaintiffs fees... were $18,000 and Mr. McCarthy's fees are $43,000. I have questioned the fact that my fees are more than 3x's the plaintiffs and now Mr. McCarthy has threatened me with a law suit. Stay away from this guy as there are many other lawyers that will not sue there own clients.
