Biography
Over the past twenty years, Chris has focused on the many facets of real estate law, including transactions, land use development, commercial banking, condominium conversions, and landlord-tenant law. He has also completed multiple commercial real estate developments of his has counseled many non-profit, religious and educational organizations in real estate matters, discrimination, and 501(c)(3) IRS advocacy. In particular, he has successfully defended the rights of religious, medical, and educational organizations which are designated as “inherently beneficial uses” before multiple municipal boards, New Jersey State Courts, and Federal is also a recognized educator of real estate lawyers and professionals. For Sterling Education Services, he presented a seminar on lease drafting and discrimination in leasing in 2013 and 2014, and seminar on landlord-tenant law and bankruptcy in 2011. In May 2014, he presented on landlord tenant law at the annual New Jersey State Bar Association Conference. He has also presented, moderated, and organized numerous seminars for the Mercer County Bar Association.
