Recently my wife was involve in small accident but because of situation we end up with 5 tickets which was somewhere from 8 to 14 points in total. I spoke to few attorneys and some of them started scarring me unnecessarily. Suddenly neighbor suggested me Gaurav from his past experience. I spoke to hi...m over the call and he assured me that he would be able to take out most of the tickets with fine but no points. I find him convincing yet my instinct was not ready to believe that we would be out of this case without any points. And as he promised, it turn out that we were just end up paying fine but no points. In my experience, I found Gaurav very professional. I have seeing him respected by fellow layer and people in the court where we were appeared.

I hired Dave through an advertisement I received in the mail after getting a speeding ticket. I spoke to his paralegals until the day of my court date. When I met the lawyer he put me at ease and told me what to say to the judge He reduced a 4 point ticket to a 300+ dollar fine with zero points. I h...ave no complaints, he said exactly what he could do and did it.

After an extensive conversation with Gaurav Dave, and consulting with over 15 attorney's, he made me feel very comfortable and confident in his abilities to represent my daughter. And let me add he was affordable so I hired him. My daughter received a DUI the night of her birthday celebration and gr...aduated from college earlier that month. She never had any tickets and graduated on the Dean's list. Mr. Dave told us he would get her case reduced to 3 mths and all the tickets thrown out. He never called to discuss the discovery when received so I had to call him. His fee was the main focus. The day of court he sent an attorney we never met, who didn't review the case nor discovery to represent my daughter. Not to get into all the specifics I will just say I was extremely disappointed and felt I deserved all of my money back! I was very upset and disappointed because I was completely surprised the day of court. Not only when the acting attorney arrived but also with the instructions he was provided, without any previous discussion. This occurred approx. 1.5 mths ago and he has never called to rectify anything, even after being called by the acting attorney who expressed our major gripes. To sum it all up, NO I would not recommend Gaurav Dave.

Let me just start by saying thank you Gaurav Dave. I got pull over by State trooper on NJ turnpike. Trooper was nice enough to give me 5 tickets at one stop... YES I got it all 100mph in 65(speeding), likely to endange person and property, improper passing, following too closely, failure to obey traf...fic signs or signals, I talk to about 15 lawyer and all they said is you looking at jail time and suspension. Mr. Gaurav was able to get me off 3 tickets and no jail time and no suspension. I knew he knows what he is talking about with our first phone conversation and his reviews online. If you need a traffic lawyer he is the one to call. Once again Thank you
