His experience includes mergers & acquisitions; corporate governance; corporate finance (representing both borrowers and lenders) and asset-based lending; venture capital financing; the formation, organization and counseling of corporate venture funds; capital private equity transactions; the formation, organization and counseling of start-up and other emerging companies, and the drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of custom contracts for business clients in the pharmaceutical, public contract, manufacturing, retail, energy, medical and finance industries.
