I was given custody with my TRO, but my ex has my children, would i need a pick-up order with it, or is the custody part enough?

If you have a TRO that grants you physical custody then the police should help you effectuate the transfer of the other party will not cooperate.

The two of you need to follow the terms of the court order. If one party violates the terms that does not empower the other party to do likewise....
