Isn't there anything called customer service and keeping clients happy? The home buyer (her client) called and apologized for the Lawyer's (Seema Singh) rude attitude. "You will have to pay for the wire transfer costs plus my time to go to the bank to send the wire. Let me know if you are willing to do so then I will deduct that amount from monies owed to you. I will also be required to go to the bank to sign the wire since they require me to go and sign it in person."
