Ryan P. Kennedy is an associate of Hill Wallack LLP in the Princeton, N.J. office. He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Division, Banking & Secured Transactions, Eminent Domain, Property Tax Appeals and Regulatory & Government Affairs Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition, lending and development, with particular emphasis on complex negotiations, redevelopment, condemnation, lender work-outs and transit oriented development. Mr. Kennedy also regularly advises clients on New Jersey election and campaign finance law and has represented property owners in real estate tax appeals throughout the State.
