Noah Lawrence Dennison

Noah L. Dennison focuses his practice on defending New Jersey-based insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters involving a wide spectrum of alleged injuries and conditions.

Noah has handled all aspects of pre-trial discovery, including written discovery, expert retention, and fact and expert deposition. He is also experienced in developing litigation strategy and in drafting and arguing both discovery and dispositive motions. His practice involves close, frequent, and detailed communication with clients at every stage of litigation. Noah has also handled complicated medical malpractice and dental malpractice litigation, equipping him with an understanding of medical and scientific concepts and insight into the practice of contemporary medicine, all of which have proven valuable time and again in litigating workers’ compensation claims.

After graduating magna cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey, Noah attended Rutgers University School of Law — Camden, where he was an articles editor for the Rutgers Law Journal and served on the Hunter Moot Court Board. Noah also worked as a legal intern in the Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic and volunteered with the Financial Literacy Pro Bono Project. After gaining experience through legal clerkships in areas including insurance subrogation and the defense of municipal government employers against class actions, Noah graduated magna cum laude and went on to serve as a law clerk for the Hon. Richard J. Geiger in the New Jersey Superior Court. In this role, he composed memoranda of law with ruling recommendations and mediated cases and proposed settlements.

A dedicated runner, Noah has completed nine marathons and fifteen half-marathons. His personal records are 3:28 and 1:34, respectively.
