“Ongoing disputes undermine business, sap executive and personnel energy and sometimes threaten partner or customer relations. Nothing is more rewarding to me than helping parties to come to a solution better for each of them than litigation, ideally in mediation, or efficiently in arbitration.”
In mediation, I use all the tools in the mediation toolbox with a keen eye to helping the parties resolve their own dispute, knowing they have special insight into their relationship.
In arbitration, I focus on controling the process to assure the parties that arbitration is in fact more expeditious and less costly than litigation.

Very biased and power hungry woman I used to arbitrate. Enjoyed being heavy fisted. A Trump supporter all the way who enjoys ruining lives. Bitter, bitter human being.

Replied last March 19, 2025I do not serve as an attorney in any matter, I serve only as a neutral arbitrator. I am very sorry this person had a bad experience. There is, unfortunately, always one loser in every arbitration. The rules always impose a burden of proof and alway require compliance with outstanding Orders. My politics have never been revealed in any arbitration in which I am involved. This commentator knows nothing about my political views. My commitment in an arbitration is to the Rule of Law, basic fairness and neutrality.
