Kim Jinks provided me with excellent legal services over a 3 year period and counting. I went through an extremely high conflict divorce, which came with its fair share of emotional roller coasters making a straight-shooting lawyer absolutely necessary to keep me from falling off the deep end. This i...s the type of lawyer you see in the movies where you actually put your full trust in your lawyer, and it was absolutely worth it. I was in court at least eight times. Custody issues with multiple children, ex in-law drama, you name it. Kim made herself available to me for whatever I needed. I shopped around for lawyers (paying all of them a consultation fee) and it was very clear to me that I would have a good working relationship with the Jinks Law Firm. I watched my ex go through five lawyers while mine was highly intelligent, consistent, and persistent (my ex’s clearly were none of those things). She is 100% honest (brutally, sometimes) and I cannot imagine where my life would be right now had I not hired her at the start of my divorce. I landed on my feet and I truly attribute most of that to the investment I made in Kim. High-quality & high-class. I couldn’t be more grateful!

I only had one consultation with her. She charged $300 for an hour and mostly she was more concerned how I was able to going to pay her retainer, she was very specific to tell me I have to pay her $5000. Eventually I did consult another lawyer who gave me free advise, and answered all my questions ...patiently for more than an hour. I have no idea how she has so many good reviews.

Represented me in a complex, high conflict divorce involving child custody issues, domestic violence, support (child and spousal), and the enforcement of a contested prenuptial agreement. Always available to honestly answer questions and squelch concerns. (I wasn't looking for an attorney that woul...d simply tell me what I wanted to hear. I wanted "reality".) She was aggressive in the courtroom when it mattered most! Although I hope to never need a Family Law attorney again, if I do, it will be The Jinks Law Firm that I contact!

I have nothing but great things to say, Kim was fantastic to work with. She CARES about her clients, is extremely knowledgeable in her field and gets the job done. When my case was over I felt like I had made a new friend, extremely compassionate and prompt in dealing with my needs and concerns. Fees... were reasonable and up front.
