Jack McCarthy handled the sale of my deceased father's condo. Communication was very good with his paralegal. He had to work out some issues with the buyer, which were handled promptly, and the sale was completed. I was especially happy with the fact that most of the paperwork could be handled electr...onically, since I live in a different state.

As co-executors of our father’s estate, my brother and I needed an attorney to handle the closing for our Dad’s apartment. We decided to engage Jack because of his excellent reputation as well as the fact that our fathers had been longtime friends and fellow Princeton alumni, and Jack’s parents lived... in the same independent senior living facility as ours and thus was very familiar with the property and community. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the expertise and responsiveness Jack and his paralegal, Ivette, provided us throughout the process. They helped everything go smoothly, including dealing promptly with a last-minute issue with the title agency, and we were able to close on the scheduled date without any further “hiccups.”
