Aurelia M Durant

Aurelia Mitchell Durant is a Partner in Rimon P.C.’s Intellectual Property practice. For more than 25 years, she has advised businesses, founders, creators, and innovators on protecting, managing, and commercializing intellectual property in the United States and internationally.

Her practice includes trademark and copyright counseling, clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, licensing, enforcement, TTAB proceedings, and intellectual property matters arising in corporate and cross-border transactions. She represents clients before the USPTO, TTAB, and U.S. Copyright Office and coordinates international portfolios and foreign counsel.

Aurelia has been admitted to practice in New Jersey since 1999. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, a master’s degree in Global Leadership from Duquesne University, and a B.A. from Temple University. She is also a professional speaker and has taught business law and intellectual property as an adjunct professor.
