Anthony J. Golowski II

Anthony J. Golowski II maintains an international commercial practice with a focus on corporate law and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience creating cost-effective solutions to address his clients’ legal and business needs.

Tony’s corporate practice includes serving as outside general counsel for several corporations, representing clients in purchase and sale transactions, and negotiating a broad range of contracts — including employment, non-disclosure, intellectual property licensing, and manufacturing agreements. He also provides regulatory and compliance advice, handles business formation issues, advises companies on employment law matters, and represents clients in tax audits. A significant part of Tony’s practice includes representing U.S. based clients in international transactions and working with foreign corporations to establish U.S. subsidiaries.     

With broad experience in commercial litigation, Tony also handles business dissolutions, insurance coverage and fraud matters, professional liability claims, employment disputes, and the defense of clients in matters involving regulatory and alcoholic beverage law violations. In addition, he advises clients regarding pending legislation, and he has represented clients challenging proposed legislation or seeking to enact changes to state and municipal laws.
