Thanks to Sunita for her help with respect to H4 filing to my dependents. H4 got expired on 30th Sep 2015. Extension was applied by employer A before expiration. In Feb 2016 I moved to employer B, where we missed to file H4 for my dependents. I realized about this In October 2016 (when I received m...y H1B approval) and consulted one attorney who advised to send dependents immediately to home country and apply for H4 Extension based on my approved H1B. APTA member introduced me to attorney Sunita and I explained the situation to her. She gave a good confidence that USCIS will consider my case if we present the genuine reasons for delay. Accordingly we filed for H4 extension under the able guidance of Sunita. In Feb 2017 we received approval from 1st Oct 2015 to my H1B visa valid to date (Back dated).
