Litigation: Primary responsibility for managing litigation from inception in various state and federal courts and arbitration forums. Experience in matters ranging from breach of contract and Uniform Commercial Code disputes to trade secret and unfair competition litigation. Extensive motion briefing and oral argument experience. Experience in appellate practice, including briefing before New Jersey’s Supreme Court and oral arguments before New Jersey’s Appellate Division.

Corporate: Act as outside general counsel for numerous small and medium sized business providing comprehensive advice to executives on a wide range of legal issues. Extensive experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements on behalf of clients. Primary responsibility for interacting with state and federal regulatory authorities, including OSHA and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. Lead review and revision of employment policies to ensure compliance with state and federal law. Counsel clients in connection with employee separations.

Transactional: Assist in the preparation and review of buy-sell agreements and related documents for transactions of varying size. Extensive participation in the compilation and review of due diligence documents. Primary responsibility for representing clients in real estate transactions.
