My wife and I knew our son needed additional help from our blue ribbon school. Our son has Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD). The district assured us over the years that they “were doing all they could” and thought he was “making good progress.” By sixth grade, we could see he was still ...grades behind where he needed to be. We were despondent and decided to act. Fortunately, a friend referred us to Jayne. Jayne reviewed our son’s case and walked us through all possible outcomes. We decided to move forward. Utilizing top notch experts, Jayne and her team built a great case that our son needed to be placed in a specialized school out of the district. Jayne was able to negotiate the placement of our son in the school we wanted with all costs covered by the district! I should note, that Jayne was extremely respectful when negotiating with the district but also very effective.
