Indy and Hardave - This is matter of great shame and disrespect that despite multiple reminders ( 30 emails and 18 phone calls) your office has failed to help . This is very unfortunate that your office was not able to resolve my issue where the seller of 17 Beacon Hill Dr did not pay the sewer e...xpenses and now as a new buyer I own the responsibility to pay it. Your office professionalism is questionable here since you should have holded some amount in your account as an escrow .You should have looked into these issues before closing. If a customer is giving you money for services then it's your duty to resolve the issue. At the end its not about money but helping your client till the end which you have completely failed miserably .This showcases you are only worried about extracting money from customers only and carefree attitude.
