Margaret M Crammer

Maggie joined the firm in 2012 and concentrates her practice on matters involving Commercial and Business Transactions, Real Estate, Federal and State Tax Matters, and Estates, Wills and Trusts.

Maggie’s experience includes:

• Representing affordable housing developers through all phases of low-income housing tax credit transactions, including complex new construction and rehabilitation projects involving bank financing, tax-exempt bonds, State and Federal low-income tax credits, and other government grant funding.
• Representing residential housing developers in all areas of real estate development and finance transactions.
• Representing and advising clients in all types of real estate transactions, including the development, purchase and sale of real property
• Representing and advising clients in all types of business and financial transactions, including the development, sale and purchase of commercial entities
• Preparation of simple and complex wills, trusts and other estate planning documentation, including transfers of ownership to succeeding generations and other estate planning techniques
• Representing and advising fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts

Maggie is a member of the Advisory Board of the Flora Baker Center for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders.  She also coaches mock trial for a local high school.

Maggie joined the firm in 2012 after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph L. Marczyk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division.  Prior to obtaining her law degree, she interned with the Office of Chief Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service and served as Editor in Chief of the Buffalo Journal of Gender, Law & Social Policy.
