I can't imagine a more emotionally vulnerable time than involvement in a custody dispute. In the consultation, I will discuss your rights and responsibilities and issues with “the opposing party” - the other parent, partner, or spouse. In order to advise you properly, I will ask you about what you want, what you are concerned about, and about your spouse or other parent. I can tell you if your expectations are reasonable, or if you are asking for too much or giving up more than you should.

I offer a $200 Family Law consultation to review your matter and answer your legal questions - this is not a paid sales pitch, I provide legal advice and answer your legal questions. Television Legal Dramas or your friend's friend who went to Court may not be the best source for advice on your case.

Domestic Violence 15%

If you are the victim of domestic violence (physical assault or harassment, stalking) call the police first - law enforcement is REQUIRED to help nights and weekends. An attorney can help by explaining what you need to prove to get the protection of a Final Restraining Order. If you have been accused of domestic violence, at least consult with an attorney to objectively analyze the case against you.

Contracts and Agreements 10%

I prepare financial (and divorce settlement - see above) contracts, will review your contract in a dispute, and sue to enforce (or avoid) a contract (see Consumer Protection below). I'll review a contract or discuss a contemplated contractual relationship for a $100 flat (consultation) fee; most divorce settlement agreements can be drafted for a flat $1,000 fee which includes negotiate revisions; I'll quote a fee for other contracts; a retainer is required in most matters involving enforcement.

FAMILY MEDIATION - custody, economics, property distribution or the whole divorce. Listed on the Roster of Family Mediators for the Superior Court of New Jersey It's not for everybody, but most of my clients are pleasantly surprised at the progress we can achieve at the table. Billed hourly, two-hour sessions.

New Jersey has strong protections for consumers (including businesses) victimized by fraudulent contracts or practices. I will discuss your rights in a $100 consultation, your exposure and what you'll need to bring a claim.

State, Local, and Municipal Law 5%

If you intend to defend against a criminal charge, it is important to tell the judge at your first appearance and plead "not guilty" to ALL charges. Criminal matters and traffic offenses are charged flat-fee depending on the complexity of the matter, the number of anticipated court appearances, and distance to travel.

Mr. Zachariasevych is a very efficient lawyer who is also extremely kind and empathetic. In the midst of a difficult situation like a divorce, it is so important to have a lawyer who looks out for a client's best interest, and he does just that. I highly recommend this lawyer, for he is well versed... in family issues related to divorce. Mr. Zachariasevych definitely puts the client's mind at ease, and this is priceless.

Best Divorce Lawyer in South Jersey

Cannot say enough about my lawyer. He is very intelligent, caring, always happy. He is helpful and understanding, even when I got upset at times. He listens. He answers the phone. I have direct contact when I need it. Bohdan explained the divorce process clearly. Worked for me. Reasonable fees. His s...ecretary, Michelle, is very responsive and helpful too. Best kept secret in southern New Jersey. Hidden away in Millville. Should be in Cherry Hill. Absolutely The Best without a doubt. Worth the drive.

Compassionate, kind and honest advice. Highly recommended, extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. Very accessable and kind.

I would highly recommend Mr. Zachariasevych. He represented me in my divorce, my after divorce issues, and several other matters. He, and his secretary treat you as though you are their only client. You never feel as though you are being rushed along, time appears to be of no consequence. His adv...ice is honest, with no lofty promises, but yet comforting. I have the utmost trust in Mr.Zachariasevych and the firm on the whole. I found that once my cases were concluded I missed talking to him and his secretary, who is as knowledgeable and helpful as if she were an attorney herself.

Provided solid legal advice.

I consulted with Mr. Zachariasevych about setting up a family trust fund. Both the initial consultation and follow-up went very smoothly. Our meetings were not rushed, Mr. Zachariasevych took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and made good suggestions which I had not considered.
