I would never recommend mr tucker to anyone. we retained him approx two years ago to handle some financial problems and ended up having to file chapter 13. The minute you walk Into his office and sit down with him one would think he was so caring and knowledgeable about his profession as you are di...scussing your case with him but once you sign the dotted line and he gets your money the ignorant mean unprofessional lazy and disrespectful person transforms. Terry has no time to answer any question he feels is stupid which is just about every question you ask him. He examined our case and told us we would be fine and not to worry about anything he explained that the worse case scenario never happens and guess what it did. After leaving the meeting with the trustee we asked him I thought what happened In there never does or rather very rarely happened Terrys response was yeah I don't know I have never seen that before. And that was it. We recently had to call him again Due to some changes In our finances and when I went to see him he told me no doubt he would be able to lower our trustee payments but I had to go back for another appt and do all the necessary paperwork well when I returned the following week I had to wait as he already had a client in his office which doesnt have a door and there is no privacy whatsoever so I can tell you everything about that appointment and could probably try the case. There is absolutely no privacy in that office and everyone that is in his waiting room knows everyone's business. Once I got into see him we went over everything and once again he lied and got our hopes up for nothing because there was nothing he could do. He explained to us that if we received any papers from the trustee he would handle it no big deal he said there are thousands of people who file they arent going to pick your name and send you a late notice. Well guess what...they did so once again I contacted terry and he said for 400.00 I can file a paper for you I said I dont have that kind of money or else I would have paid my payment on time Terry. I started getting upset and he started screaming at me to stop crying and get over it then he hung up on me and I haven't heard back from him since. In the meantime I have done everything I needed to do without his help and nasty ignorant attitude. Terry could care less about his clients once he gets his retainer from you he plays the nice guy with a sweet voice and then screams and hollars like you are an animal. Please stay away and search for another attorney for your needs there are plenty out there.
