Took a few payments totaling 3500 for a case in Pa He didn’t show up a few times then Rescheduled my case a few times for me do to living 1000 miles away. Then to find out he wasn’t properly Licensed For the PA BAR. During that time Never called back only texted and he was always on vacatio...n when we were supposed to meet up to situate a refund. He came recommended by a great attorney that has done great things for me. Him not showing up and defending me cause me to loose the case in a worse scenario including an additional fine, community service, probation, Etc. and a very large amount of harassment add to the already difficult situation to be in

Paid him for a case which he never started but gave me the run around as if he did,he provided no paper work to prove he started and avidly avoided me.After this review i plan on reporting him to the BBB from whatever "practice" he claims because he does absolutely nothing, save your self and anyone ...you know from dealing with this guy-to prove what im saying just call! and see if you get any response!

This attorney should not be allowed to practice anywhere in my opinion. I agree with the other posters that this guy will tell you anything to get a retainer, then will do a disappearing act. I'm a seasoned client working with a fair amount of attorneys in the past but this guy takes the cake. Outr...ight lies to me as a client, does not return phone calls and even will deliberately give false information to his client in order to cover the fact that he has not done anything that he promised to do working with the case. What is sadly funny is he does not remember previous lies to me as a client, but me having great written records provided me with a small book of his lies. My case was quite simple, an erroneous credit situation where I was the plaintiff. That does not even matter, as he just wasted time, took the money and did nothing. A new Pro Se client with a high school education could have done more work-anything is better than ZERO.
