My case is not done yet (like in a box in storage) but with the "main event" over, I want to say thanks for the outstanding work she and her team have done with my case, I know that this was a very unusual case and that at times I was very needy, but she and her staff were great - a mixture of e...mphathy and toughness! Her reaction to a Monday morning "curveball" was perfect- 15 minutes of blowing off steam on her own ( I was hiding) and she was back in action. It appears that her fearsome reputation created the required atmosphere for the settlement !

Mona and her staff are commended for a job well done, I was elated by the judge's decision with regard to my sons and related issues dealing with support and college expenses. I was also very happy that my child support did not go up as I had been over paying all along, I've always had their bes...t interests at heart. I want to thank Mona and staff again for all that they have done for me, I have also referred my brother to her office.

Though I was billed for over $6,000, Ms. Raskin failed to communicate with me for six straight weeks and subsequently ignored my many e-mails and phone calls requesting information on my case's progress and her fees/use of my retainer. After my questioning of how she could bill over $6,000 without... producing any results in my case, she terminated our working relationship without facing me to discuss the issues I brought to her attention. At the very least, she could have agreed to sit down with me to discuss my concerns. Instead, she chose to terminate the relationship after six weeks of silence and refusal to return calls/emails with no justification for her excessive charges and lack of results. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, for someone who is more responsive and respectful.
