Mario R Rodriguez

Mario R. Rodriguez is a bar admitted attorney in the state of New Jersey. His areas of practice include Business, Estate Planning, and Family Law.

Rodriguez began his career as a lawyer with an unusually firm grounding in business knowledge, not just from a legal perspective, but also from the perspective of a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. While earning is B.S. in economics, Rodriguez also managed a dual concentration in both Strategic and Multinational Management. 

Rodriguez continued his studies at the Rutgers School of Law in Camden, where he proved to be a top student earning the Dean’s Scholarship during all three years of his attendance. At Rutgers he also earned the Pro Bono Award, took part in the National George Washington Religious Freedom Moot Court Competition, and served as an Associate Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Religion. During his last semester at Rutgers, Rodriguez won a highly sought after externship at the New Jersey Supreme Court serving under Justice Virginia Long.

After earning his J.D., Rodriguez began an independent practice as an attorney. Rodriguez brought his considerable knowledge and experience to bear helping small business owners to work through some of the most difficult challenges of their lives. After four years in practice, Rodriguez has decided to bring his skills to the Law Offices of Lynda Hinkle. By joining the firm, Rodriguez is helping to expand the firm’s list of services to existing clients while using his sharp business acumen to help the firm grow. Rodriguez plans to become a trusted community resource, helping clients move through the toughest challenges in their lives from a business standpoint and helping them plan their futures and beyond through his estate planning knowhow.
