Michael Quddous

I studied law at Northumbira University School of Law in New Castle, England where I earned my LLB (Hons). Later, I got a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern California University of Law. Even though I speak Spanish more than any other languages, but I am equally fluent in Hindi and Urdu. I am licensed in California and my New Jersey practice is strictly limited to Immigration law. Our office handles all types of Immigration cases including Green Card and Citizenship petitions. We handle all types of waivers against inadmissibility including waivers for criminal offences and unlawful presence. I represent people in Immigration courts who are facing removal (deportation). We have won difficult Asylum and VAWA cases for clients. Our office is very experienced in dealing with difficult counselor processing issues at various United States Embassies and Consulates overseas. We also handle people with DACA and TPS related issues. My office has won several appeals for clients who were wrongfully denied Immigration benefits by USCIS.
