Mr. Boyle, the principal of the firm, specializes in personal injury litigation. He has dedicated his practice over the last 15 years to representing accident victims. Mr. Boyle is experienced in handling the comprehensive accident law and personal injury law, including automobile negligence, complex construction negligence, product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death. He is committed to ensuring that his clients receive “best of class” service and recover the full extent of their loss and he frequently tries jury trials to conclusion when necessary to secure fair compensation on behalf of his clients and their loved ones.

 

Mr. Boyle began his legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable G. Thomas Bowen in the Salem County Superior Court.

After his clerkship, Mr. Boyle joined the law firm of Wysoker, Glassner, Weingartner, Gonzalez & Lockspeiser. While at the firm Mr. Boyle specialized in personal injury cases such as motor vehicle accidents, fall-down accidents, and municipal court defense. The several years he spent there trained him as a trial attorney.

 

Mr. Boyle then joined the firm of Vizzoni & Costello where he handled various business matters including corporate transactional work and tax controversy issues.

 

A few years later Mr. Boyle decided to start his own firm and created Boyle Law. He understands that everyone needs an advocate that will listen to them, understand them, and help them.

 

Before he became an attorney, Mr. Boyle spent years working as a laborer, general contractor, and operations manager. His past work experience allows him to truly relate and understand the complexities of every person and their lives.

 

His passion for helping those in need runs deep and is shown by his community involvement.

He serves as a working board of director for an organization which helps and those suffering from mental health issues.

He is a committee leader for an organization that provides financial assistance and food to under-resourced individuals.

He frequently competes in athletic competitions for the benefit of children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Mr. Boyle regularly volunteers for a local SPCA No-Kill animal shelter.

 

Mr. Boyle is a member of the American Association for Justice, New Jersey Association for Justice, NJ Bar Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
