In addition to his training, Mr. Mink has shared his expertise as an instructor at the Camden County Police Academy and the New Jersey State Police Academy in Sea Girt, New Jersy.
Prior to his criminal law career, Mr. Mink served as an intern with the Department of Homeland Security leading to a position as an associate practicing immigration law in New York City. During that time, Mr. Mink represented hundreds of clients in interviews before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as well as in removal proceedings before Immigration Courts in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Charlotte and Chicago. Through this experience Mr. Mink developed his ability to listen to each client and provide them with the individualized representation everyone deserves.
