BEWARE, BEWARE BEWARE SHE IS A FRAUD!!! After reading the reviews I am mortified. We are currently waiting to hear back from the courts, but after reading whats been said here, there does seems to be be a pattern. I will update my review once I know more. Also according to the State of NJ her licens...e is currently SUSPENDED. Update:4/18/2025 Everything I hoped wasn't true, is in fact the truth. This woman was hired to handle a custody case and she lied the whole time. She never filed the case and falsified court documents to make it seem like she did. She jerked us around for 2 months. Every week she came up with a reason something was delayed. When we finally went to the courthouse to check for ourselves, they informed us that there was no such filing. She literally had us thinking that we won a case that was NEVER filed. We will be following up with the DA to see what, if anything can be done. The good news is I have a recording of every conversation we had.

Hired Mary for two different matters in two different courts. She made me feel comfortable and followed through on her course of action. I was unable to find a lawyer due to my financial issues. Mary was referred to me by a friend and she worked out a very doable payment arrangement. She kept me in... my home and still seeing my kids.

Mary Lenti should not be practicing law. I hired her for my case and she sat on my paperwork for 9 months causing me to have to resend the paperwork not twice but three times. She should have never even taken my case because she had zero experience in the matter. Lies after lies.so much damage this l...aw firm caused that I am now in the process of suing her for malpractice.

I'm sorry that I cannot recommend Mary Lenti to anyone for any legal services. Although she represented us in the first case and won, she completely failed us in the second case. We paid her for legal services that she never filed with the court. She failed to communicate with us for an entire... year after she was supposed to have filed. Then when confronted, she said that the reimbursement check "was in the mail." But it never arrived. Then she said that she or her assistant would drop the reimbursement check off. But neither of them ever showed up. After 2 months of trying to get reimbursed, I had to travel more than seventy miles round trip to her office to get reimbursed for the legal services that she never rendered or even filed with the court. If I only read the AVVO reviews of her legal services before I hired her I could have avoided two wasted years and much frustration and grief. Potential client, be warned!
