Highly recommend!

Melanie represented us when we sold our house, and strongly protected our interests during the entire negotiations with the buyers. She was responsive, always available, worked closely with our real estate agent, and removed a lot of anxiety we had going into the sale. We strongly and enthusiastica...lly recommend her for any real estate transaction.

Excellent service and a great personal to work with

I have been through closing of my residential home for my first home purchase and the attorney was keeping me up to date with providing as much as knowledge making sure I am aware of things as a new home owner and keeping me up to date with the process. I would 200% recommended and would love to keep... working if needed in future.

Debbie - Out of town

I engaged Melaine for services of my Aunt's Estate. We found her thru her website as we are in FL. She was very easy to work with, prompt with responding to emails, knowledgeable of the law and worked hard at the closing of the house in NJ. She walked me thru the whole process and kept me informed... the whole way. Being out of town, I felt confident in giving her power of attorney to act on my behalf. She is a gem of a lawyer.
