Meghan E. Bradley

I am an experienced divorce and family law attorney with over 28 years of experience representing spouses navigating the rough terrain of divorce, and clients who have post-divorce issues to resolve. I have represented high profile and high net worth individuals. I have handled matters involving complex issues, substantial marital estates and business valuations. My financial expertise enables me to secure for clients a distinct advantage in resolving their case.
My litigation experience has significantly influenced my approach to family law. I strongly believe that clients can most often be best served through family law mediation or the team approach offered by the collaborative divorce process. I am dedicated to helping families navigate divorce in a way that holds the children’s best interests paramount and facilitates the building of a resolution that is enduring.
As a mediator, I use my analytical skills and experience as a litigator to evaluate a case in order to facilitate communications between the spouses to assist them in reach a prompt and amicable resolution of all issues. As a collaborative divorce attorney I use those same skills to more role as a collaborative team member to assist in developing creative solutions for the family.
I now focus my practice entirely on alternate dispute mechanisms to resolve divorce and family law matters outside of court. I was trained as a family law mediator in 2003 and trained as a Collaborative Divorce attorney in 2011. I am the Immediate Past President of the South Jersey Collaborative Divorce Professionals - Better Way Divorce and a member of the International association of Collaborative Professionals. I am also a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators and the South Jersey Peer Mediation Group.
