Mark Alan Gulbranson Jr.

I am an associate attorney at Attorneys Hartman, a Burlington County institution since 1960.  The firm specializes in general litigation, focusing on employment and labor issues in administrative, state and federal venues, as well as criminal defense and municipal court work. In addition to the above, I also provide a variety of transactional services, including counseling on insurance, real estate and contract issues, and a range of small business matters.

Prior to joining Attorneys Hartman, I was a corporate associate in the gaming practice group of Fox Rothschild. I also served as a judicial clerk for Justice Lee Solomon of the New Jersey Supreme Court, and for Judge George Leone, J.A.D., of the New Jersey Appellate Division; and I served as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Theodore McKee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and for Judge Leone in the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Part.

I graduated from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden with high honors. As a member of the Rutgers Domestic Violence Clinic, I represented victims of domestic violence and co-authored an amicus brief in support of the right to counsel in domestic violence matters. As a student participant in the Rutgers Pro Bono Bankruptcy Program, I assisted debtors in filing petitions under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. 

Prior to law school, I worked for nearly ten years in the title insurance industry on a wide range of local and national commercial real estate transactions and related financing matters.
