Stephen J Mushinski

Mr. Mushinski concentrates his practice in the area of public sector law, with a focus onNew Jerseyschool law and public sector labor relations law. For over 30 years, he has represented dozens of school districts in southernNew Jerseyand has served as bond counsel for numerous municipal clients throughout the state. Mr. Mushinski also represents clients in financial and corporate matters, real estate law and land use. He has been counsel to the Mount Holly Municipal Utilities Authority since 1978, and served as Burlington County Solicitor from 1992 through 1995.

Mr. Mushinski is Parker McCay’s Administrative Shareholder and Chief Operating Officer, and serves as Co-Chair of the Administrative, State and Local Government Department.
